Detailed Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform TCM dispensing duties during assigned shifts;
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice;
- Maintain sales records, conduct inventory counts, and reconcile accounts;
- Handle incoming goods inspection, shelf stocking & display, restocking, returns, and loss prevention;
- Fulfill other duties within the scope of this position.
PS: No sales quotas—you will not be required to promote high-priced medications to customers. Extremely stress-free!
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related discipline; must hold the “Junior Pharmacist” certificate issued by China’s National Health Commission;
- Strong communication skills and service orientation; diligent and hardworking;
- Age 18–40; good physical health; proficient in basic computer operations; able to independently operate the cash register after training;
- Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Flexible Working Hours:
- Option 1: Work one day, rest one day (8:00–21:00), with flexible leave arrangements;
- Option 2: Fixed half-day shifts: either 8:00–15:00 or 14:00–21:00; work six days, rest one day.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: ¥3,000/month (includes full-attendance bonus, meal allowance, and transportation subsidy);
- Performance bonus: 2% of shift’s sales revenue (minimum guaranteed ¥2,000; most staff reach ¥3,000–¥5,000 within ~3 months; no upper limit);
- Accommodation provided; enrollment in the five mandatory social insurance schemes;
- Additional ¥1,000/month subsidy for those holding the Licensed Pharmacist qualification.
Career Advancement Pathway:
Sales Staff → Store Manager → Partner → Regional Manager (city-level) → Area Manager (province-level) → Chief Executive Officer (Head Office). Partners and above are eligible for profit-sharing via equity participation.
