If the quality is truly exceptional, we offer the following support:

  1. We will connect you with herbal decoction manufacturers in Beijing, enabling your products to be legally and compliantly sold nationwide. If your output volume and pricing are suitable, our network of TCM clinics can directly conduct bulk procurement.
  2. We will promote your products to tens of thousands of users across Longxi Tang’s Medical Services Division, Pharmaceutical Services Division, Traditional Medicine Inheritance Division, Lifestyle Services Division, and Health & Wellness Products Division—directly generating economic benefits for you.
  3. Our Bilibili (B站) channel has 200,000 followers. When we analyze individual herbs—explaining differences among varieties and their respective therapeutic applications—we will feature your products, significantly increasing exposure.

In return, please provide the following information about your herbs: botanical source, geographical origin, growing environment, harvest year, harvesting time, photos of the original plants, several raw samples, and processed or prepared primary agricultural products (e.g., sliced or processed herbs).

II. Talent Recruitment

Due to high order volumes, we urgently need additional staff—and qualified candidates are warmly welcomed.

We don’t talk about ideals—we talk about compensation.

As the founder is a communist, our salaries are nearly double those of comparable positions elsewhere. As an early employee, you’ll grow alongside the company, receive equity shares and profit dividends—and outperform peers of your age is no longer just a dream.

Job Posting

  • Workplace: Fangshan District CBD, Beijing
  • Positions: Hall Manager & TCM Dispensing Pharmacist
  • Requirements: Associate degree or higher; graduation in pharmacy or related fields; preference given to applicants holding the National Health Commission’s “Junior Pharmacist” qualification.
  • Compensation: Accommodation provided; five social insurances covered; base monthly salary ¥6,000–¥10,000 (uncapped); clear career advancement pathways.

Detailed Responsibilities

  1. Perform TCM dispensing tasks;
  2. Receive and consult customers, understand their needs, and provide professional recommendations;
  3. Maintain sales records, conduct inventory counts, and reconcile accounts;
  4. Handle goods receipt inspection, shelf stocking and display, restocking, returns, and loss prevention;
  5. Fulfill other duties within your scope of responsibility.

PS: No sales quotas—no pressure to upsell expensive medicines. Just focus on doing your job well. You may nap at noon, and no one will disturb you after work—beneficial for both physical and mental health.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree or higher; pharmacy or related field graduate; preference given to applicants holding the National Health Commission’s “Junior Pharmacist” qualification;
  2. Strong communication skills and service orientation; diligent and hardworking;
  3. Age 18–40; good health; proficient computer operation; able to independently perform assigned tasks after training;
  4. Meticulous and conscientious in work.

Working Hours: One day on duty, one day off; 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.; flexible leave arrangements.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary ¥3,000 (includes full-attendance allowance, meal subsidy, and transportation subsidy);
  • Performance bonus: 2% of shift’s gross revenue (minimum ¥2,000, uncapped);
  • Year-end dividend; accommodation provided; five social insurances covered;
  • Additional ¥1,000/month for holders of the Licensed Pharmacist qualification.

Career Advancement Pathway:
Sales Associate → Store Manager → Partner (City-level) → Regional Director (Province-level) → CEO (Head Office). Equity shares and dividends available to Partners and above.

III. Creative Bounty Program

As you may have noticed, our promotional materials are somewhat outdated.

We’re still using templates created back in 2017—clearly out of step with current trends.

Therefore, we invite creative young people and industry professionals to design promotional materials—or develop comprehensive marketing strategies—for us.

  • Design one poster: ¥300–¥500 reward upon adoption.

  • All styles welcome: relaxed, lively, humorous—or formal and professional—anything goes.

  • Our standard poster size is 80 × 130 cm, but feel free to propose your own preferred dimensions.

  • Develop a complete marketing strategy: ¥1,500–¥3,000 reward upon adoption.

  • Industry professionals may also contact us separately to quote your own rate.

Additionally, we plan to establish a New Media Operations Team, primarily managing our Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) platform. Both part-time and full-time roles are available—the salary is up to you to decide.
