Introduction
Professor Hou Zhongwei’s team at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is recruiting participants for the study: Moxibustion patch on the “Dazhui” and “Taiyang” acupoints for the adjustment effects on insomnia in university students.
- Difficulty falling asleep?
- Difficulty maintaining sleep?
- Easy to wake up during sleep?
- If you have any of the above symptoms, you are welcome to contact us.
We will provide 4 weeks of free moxibustion patch therapy!
Provide assessments related to sleep conditions, sleep quality, etc.!
Priority will be given to patients with no significant improvement after regular drug treatment!
Recruiting current university students, early registration is recommended!

Recruitment Criteria
- Have one or more abnormal sleep symptoms (such as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, waking up earlier than desired, etc.)
- No severe mental illness
- No skin damage, infections, or scars at the acupoint intervention sites
- Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form
Fill out the WenJuanXing questionnaire before enrollment; those who meet the criteria can be enrolled.
You Will Receive
4 weeks of moxibustion patch therapy
Pre- and post-treatment assessments of related sleep conditions and sleep quality scales.
