Abstract
Heart failure is the final stage of various heart diseases and has become an important public health problem affecting the health of residents. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and management of heart failure. This guideline, combining domestic and international research progress, will introduce the definition, classification, staging, evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and management of heart failure, as well as quality control of heart failure medical care, aiming to provide guidance to improve the comprehensive management level of heart failure in China.

Abstract
Heart failure is the final stage of various heart diseases and has become an important public health problem. In recent years, great advances have been made in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management of heart failure. Thus, this guideline will introduce the definition, classification, staging, evaluation, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and management of heart failure, and quality measures of heart failure, etc, in order to provide guidance for improving the comprehensive management of heart failure in China.
