Traditional Chinese medicine originates from the internal evidence insights of practitioners and the verification of external evidence; it is not merely experience or speculation. In view of this, I have specially made the 2019 recorded lecture “Traditional Chinese Medicine and Practice” freely available online for reference. My sole belief is communism. The “practice” mentioned in this lecture refers to the exploration of life sciences guided by Marxism and contains no religious elements. I urge everyone to remain rational and oppose superstition. Furthermore, the internal evidence methods involved in this lecture are inherently very safe, but impatience, rashness, or deliberate misuse may be harmful. The majority of viewers should only use it for understanding and should not practice it on their own.
