Purchased the Zhidong O Macaron in 2022. Recently tried using it with Mac to play games, but found that the LT and RT buttons don’t work. Tried it on Hollow Knight and Death Stranding—still didn’t work. Switched to the small controller that comes with Switch, and it worked fine Orz

Me: Connected to macOS computer, RT and LT buttons are not working. Steam detects these two buttons as functional, and I’ve tested across multiple games. Also tried switching between Xbox and Nintendo modes, but no luck.
Customer Service: What connection method are you using?
Me: Bluetooth. How exactly should I connect it? It works perfectly when connected to Windows.
Customer Service: The controller is primarily designed for Windows systems. There might be compatibility issues with Mac, and unfortunately we can’t help with that
