HRBP is the abbreviation for Human Resource Business Partner, primarily referring to professionals within enterprises who assist various business units in human resource management. The core responsibilities of an HRBP include:

• Assisting senior leaders and managers of business units in employee development, talent identification, and capability building.

• Responding promptly to internal customer needs, identifying and analyzing business issues, and providing targeted solutions.

• Understanding the business, identifying pain points, and delivering HR solutions to support business success.

The concept of HRBP was first proposed by Professor Dave Ulrich and, together with the Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC) and the Human Resources Center of Expertise (HRCOE), forms the core framework of modern human resource management.
