Issue
The main package discovered that its GitHub Action was unable to properly crawl updates from the main package’s personal blog. Checking the Cloudflare dashboard showed that all requests were blocked.
Even after adding related rules, requests were still being blocked.
So the main package reviewed the documentation related to the Automated Program Attack Mode and found that once this feature is enabled, the free plan cannot allow certain crawlers through WAF custom rules, Orz.
An upgrade to Pro is needed.
