We use a CDN service that has recently experienced an issue where the Beijing area cannot properly access downloads (upload functionality remains normal), so images/PDFs and various other files cannot be viewed via download.
Uploads and downloads in other regions within the country are functioning normally.
The issue is shown in the image:
We are currently communicating with the CDN provider, but the recovery time remains unknown.
