Tutorial 凝血机制:D二聚体--血栓的秘密_哔哩哔哩_bilibili
- Fibrinogen is divided into the central E region and the two lateral D regions. Activated thrombin II cuts off the parts that hinder connection, allowing D-E to connect and form fibrin polymers,
- Ⅱa activates factor XIII, enabling D-D to connect,
After the above two steps, a more stable fibrin cross-linked structure is formed.

The function of plasmin is to cleave D-E, leaving fibrin degradation products (FDP), which is a mixture including D-D, E, and D-E.

The proportion of D-D in FDP:
- D-D/FDP < 0.5 suggests bleeding, fibrinolytic hyperactivity, primary fibrinolysis
- D-D/FDP ≈ 1 suggests thrombosis, low fibrinolysis, acute DIC
- D-D/FDP > 1 suggests false elevation, indicating high concentration of rheumatoid factors and heterophilic antibodies
