Recruitment of Patients with Moderate to Severe Persistent Allergic Rhinitis (Free Examination, Free Treatment)

Recruitment Criteria

  1. Age 18-65 years, any gender
  2. History of disease ≥ 2 years
  3. Meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for perennial allergic rhinitis and the diagnostic criteria for lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome
  4. No use of hormones (oral or topical) or antihistamines during the trial period and within 1 week prior
  5. Voluntarily participate in this study, able to cooperate with treatment, complete related examinations and follow-ups on time, and sign the informed consent form

The above are the main inclusion criteria; final eligibility will be confirmed by evaluation from the project team doctors.

You Will Receive

  1. Free 14-day treatment with traditional Chinese medicine compound granules, no registration fee
  2. Three free nasal endoscopy examinations (before treatment, on day 7 of medication, and day 14 of medication)
  3. During treatment, doctors will monitor disease progression and perform two safety evaluation tests (both free, before treatment and on day 14 of medication), including the following four items: blood routine test, urine routine test, liver and kidney function tests, and electrocardiogram
  4. Before treatment, on day 7 of treatment, and after treatment, complete three professional scales including Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scoring scale, visual analog scale, major nasal symptom score, and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire, to evaluate efficacy (before treatment, on day 7 of medication, and on day 14 of medication)
