- Pursuing meaning itself is meaningless because meaning is endless, and running endlessly on an infinite path is inherently meaningless. If you read for some kind of meaning, reading loses its meaning; if you live for some kind of meaning, life loses its meaning.
- The process of reading and thinking is a training for the brain (training is training; enjoy the training itself). Even if there is a little artificial intelligence involvement in this process, which seems to save effort, it reduces the effect of training. Copying top students’ notes is not my notes, and AI-generated summaries are not my summaries.
