Dear teachers and students:

From January 1, 2024, to May 26, 2024 (inclusive), teachers and students who receive outpatient or emergency treatment at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and meet the relevant national public medical insurance management regulations (excluding personnel from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau) will have their reimbursements reviewed and paid online before June 10, 2024. Those who receive treatment from the 27th of the current month to the 26th of the following month will have their reimbursements reviewed and paid online in the month after next. For example, teachers and students treated from May 27 to June 26, 2024, will have their reimbursements reviewed and paid online before July 10, 2024. (Excluding holidays; special circumstances will be notified separately.)

Reimbursement for students from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau will follow the previous reimbursement method and require submitting reimbursement materials to the campus hospital on the reimbursement date for review.

Kind Reminder:

  1. For active employees and students: Follow the national public medical insurance management regulations to obtain a referral slip issued by the campus hospital for the contracted hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

  2. For retired employees: You must select the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the contracted hospital.

If these standards are not met, the system will be unable to properly review and process reimbursements.

Active faculty, staff, and students can check their personal reimbursement progress through the university’s enterprise WeChat; the specific operation steps are as follows:

(1) Log in to the university enterprise WeChat, click on Workbench, Smart Services, then click “Medical Fee Online Reimbursement”.

(2) Click “View Reimbursement” to enter the reimbursement progress inquiry page.

(3) On the inquiry page, select “Reimbursement Time Period” and “Reimbursement Status” to query the reimbursement progress for relevant reimbursement forms. Each reimbursement record includes the following fields: invoice number, invoice amount, actual reimbursed amount, personal burden, reimbursement form, and generation time.

At the same time, all reimbursement forms will be summed up, with total fields including invoice amount, actual reimbursed amount, and personal burden.

This notice is effective immediately, and the final interpretation rights belong to the campus hospital.
