Introduction
Provincial top-tier hospitals (Level 3A) are the highest goal for many students from various schools, but while ideals are abundant, reality is tough. More students tend to choose municipal top-tier hospitals (Level 3A), and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinics have also become a popular destination recently, with many students admiring their freedom and income.
In this episode, we invited Teacher He from the TCM department of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province (municipal top-tier hospital), along with our old friend Zhong Yijia (TCM clinic), to talk about the demands, advantages, and disadvantages of these two types of positions.
